- We perform a rigorous vetting process (risk analysis) with our vendors that includes questionnaires, independent searches of the vendors/materials for FDA warning letters and/or import alerts, resulting in a risk rating being applied to each vendor.
- When testing against the vendor/manufacturer CoA, any critical parameter found to be out of specification through our independent third party testing can cause the material batch to be rejected.
