Our Supplements
Our supplements were designed with the intention of being used to support almost all chronic root cause conditions in addition to acute scenarios, depending on how they are being used. They are ideal when plugged into foundational protocols or implemented throughout your healing process for specific uses.
We thoughtfully chose ingredients that address the body as a whole for optimizing function, balance and root cause healing.
As always, please consult each ingredient listed to make sure it’s a good fit for your bioindividual needs or consult your primary care physician or practitioner.
Each formula has a different dosage, purpose and use. For each suggested use and quantity, please visit the product page, where you can find specific details on timing and dose for each formula.
Supplementation of any kind is a very personal choice during pregnancy and breastfeeding and we recommend that everyone makes their own decision based on their personal research and support of their physician.
Herbs should be employed carefully and consciously used during pregnancy to make sure the benefit outweighs the risk, just as the use of any pharmaceutical or medical intervention should be to a non‐pregnant person. In this respect, it is best to avoid the use of herbs as therapeutic agents (or other medications) during pregnancy unless needed or required.
We agree that one of the most misleading aspects of choosing herbal care during pregnancy is the fact that most herbal reference texts and herbal products (ours included) commonly avoid the issue of safety during pregnancy by simply stating a person should ‘consult their healthcare professional before using during pregnancy’ or they say that due to a ‘lack of research’ on a particular herb, that it is not recommended for pregnancy. Here’s why…
To put it bluntly, there is very little research on the use of most herbs in pregnancy and you will likely find conflicting information arguing it’s precaution and safety data. Due to the lack of substantial research and every woman’s unique genetic makeup, health history and fertility journey, we agree that we cannot safely make claims to state the safety of our supplements during pre and post natal care. We can say on the flip side, some women and practitioners will not use herbs just because of the lack of safety studies in pregnancy which might be viewed as a ‘conservative’ approach, and tends to go along with western medical thought. However, it may not be ‘conservative’ when viewed at what might be the alternatives that are taken by women for relief of common pregnancy discomforts and medical interventions. Everyone has their own way of viewing ‘safety’ and we do not assume that role for you.
In summary, many cultures, herbs have been used for thousands of years effectively to support mom and baby and we stand by the approach of bio individuality and personal choice when it comes to the use of any supplements. Therefore, it is important for a woman to make up her own mind about how much assurance they want before using an herb. We highly suggest being your own advocate for research and leaning on your trusted provider for any additional support or information before use.
We refer out to several practitioners who specialize in kids and several have been utilizing them in bioindividual doses for their clients. They have shared with us that opening up capsules and sprinkling them into preferred foods has been known to work well when indicated. Be Happy B’s and Gut Makeover have been a few of their favorites to use.
However, much like pregnancy and breastfeeding there is little no no safety date presented in children and therefore we cannot make safety claims on our products when given to children. Please consult with your child’s practitioner when considering our products.
Just like anything else, there is such a concept of too much of a good thing. In many cases our ingredients might differ from what you are already taking and in that case it’s up to you to layer on.
We recommend looking at all the ingredients in your supplements and to not double up or “over supplement” for one specific action. Our products are usually best used in replacement of something similar and recommended, if you are not seeing results with your current regimen.
However, each client protocol is unique to them and in certain cases individuals do need more than one support for a specific goal or outcome and our formulas can easily be layered for additional support alongside your current protocol.
Each of our formulas has its own informational cutsheet for download. We recommend visiting Learn > Our Products for more information and indicators to see if each supplement will benefit you.
If you find that you need support in more than two to three areas of dysfunction, deficiencies or issues associated with the targeted issue, you are probably a good candidate for this supplement!
Our manufacturer has one nut allergen (tree nut) present in the manufacturing space, and it’s coconut. While they are not a nut free facility, they have a robust allergen cross contamination prevention program.

Of the B’s we have in our formula, yes, it would be considered methylated.
The most common B-Vitamins that are usually recommended to take “methylated” are Folate & B12. This can be helpful for people who cannot methylate well on their own or for those who have an MTHFR mutation.
While we would agree that some people do well with these forms, we actually do NOT have either Folate or B12 in our Be Happy B’s! (See WHY in our other FAQ dropdown on this page.)
Not all B Vitamins can be “methylated,” but some do have an “active” form. Of the B-Vitamins that we do include, our B6 is in the form of Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P5P), which is considered the active form.
B12 is important, but supplementation when not needed can create an issue of "over methylation." Those who are "over methylators" naturally, may exhibit the following symptoms:
Anxiety, poor concentration, panic disorders, low motivation, easily frustrated, insomnia, paranoia, hyperactivity, food/chemical sensitivities, tinnitus, depression (may also be a symptom of undermethylation) and histamine intolerance
We prefer that if people need B12 and/or folate based on their diet and/or genetic variants such as MTHFR, that they consult with their practitioner on their individual needs/supplementation.
As for Biotin, it is marketed for its ability to improve hair and nail health, but we chose to leave it out due to the fact that Biotin can reduce the body’s absorption of other nutrients, which may then lead to breakouts and acne due to how the body absorbs it alongside other vitamins.
All of our supplements are made in the USA.

We have specifically designed our entire product line to work with one another so you can take them all in the same protocol or for daily maintenance as needed. There are no two ingredients that would overlap when combining products aside from Ginger found in Drainage Essentials and Bowel Complete, which is also a small amount as a part of a proprietary blend for both products.
Any supplement capsule will contain some "fillers" or "other ingredients" as a part of the encapsulation process. However, there plenty of "bad" or not so great ingredients and chemicals that brands may use such as Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid, Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Carageenan, Artifical Flavors / Coloring, Sodium Benzoate, Titanium Dioxide, Rice Flour, Magnesium Silicate & Propylene Glycol to name a few. We don't believe in using anything other than what our capsule is made of. No chemicals, no bulking agents and no preservatives. Our "filler" is only a Microcrystaline Cellulose, which again is also what makes up our capsule. This is the purest option you can find when it comes to supplement encapsulation!
All of our formulas are uniquely formulated, created and developed by us. We do not white label any of our products and never will. We are in the business of creating the best supplements, ingredient combinations and formulas for our clients and customers. We are not in the business of profit and sales. We truly care about each and every creation, combination and recipe of our formulas and take our research and development to the next level with each new product we put out into the world! There is nothing like Core Formulas out there :)
Our manufacturer makes our product within 5 days of receiving the raw materials each and every time, ensuring absolute freshness and potency. Our formulas maintain quality freshness for about 2 years after the "fresh date" printed on our label.
Starting at the end of 2023 our manufacturer eliminated the extra plastic seal on the outside of all company bottles, including ours. This is a joint effort to reduce our carbon footprint and reduce the use of plastics in our products. As we phase out the older production runs, you may see some with and some without exterior plastic. ALL bottles however, should always have a safety seal underneath the cap.
