I started at 1 twice a day and moved up to 2 twice a day and actually became more constipated. I don’t know why but it didn’t work for me.
Hi Jessica! Thanks for your feedback! Magnesium can pull water into the bowels and so if the body doesn't have adequate hydration, it might have the opposite effect! Our recommendation would be to increase water and minerals alongside Bowel Complete.
